The inspector will actively participate in the inspection of the property with you. After the one-hour inspection, he will provide you with an oral assessment. It will reveal the risks associated with the purchase of real estate and alert you to possible future investments. A printed report is not included in the tour, but it can be purchased additionally if you are interested.

Comprehensive pre-purchase inspection

The inspector will actively participate in the inspection of the property with you. After the one-hour inspection, he will give you an oral assessment, similar to the Standard inspection. In addition, this contains a printed (or electronic) report, including photos and calculation of the cost of removing individual defects, an extended relationship to the location of the property - all clearly in a clear folder, which will serve as a basis for purchasing and negotiating the purchase price of the property.
